A whimsical pattern for little girls, Keegan knits up from one ball of fingering weight yarn.
Gauge:
24 stitches over 4 inches on a 4mm needle using Fingering/Sock weight yarn.
Knit from 400 yards (one ball).
Measurements:
Top edge: 19 inches – can stretch to 30 inches. Bottom edge: 30 inches. Dress length: 12 inches, not including the straps.
